Peter Oliver Partner SIOR, CCIM

Peter is a partner in Brighton Corporation in Boise, ID.  He is a well established real estate professional in Boise.   Brighton Corporation develops commercial and residential projects. Mr. Oliver was formerly a senior partner with Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate, specializing in the brokerage of Industrial and Office properties.  He has over twenty years of real estate experience.  He has been actively involved with several large projects in Boise including the Boise Research Center, the areas most prestigious high-tech business park. The 160-acre project has afforded Peter opportunity to be actively involved in Boise Research Centers master planning, construction management, leasing, sales, and management. During his involvement with the project, occupancy has grown from three buildings (220,000 square feet) to forty buildings (1,450,000 square feet).
