Dan Bradshaw a seasoned Commercial
Real Estate Advisor for Idaho Mutual Trust, has been
involved with financing over $200 million of income
property loans in the Boise Valley since beginning his
career in 1980. In that year he began a small
office in Boise for the real estate arm of the Oregon
Bank. In the first year alone loan totals reached
almost $20 million, bringing on projects like,
Whistler Pointe Apartments, Glenwood Shopping Center,
and various office projects. Seven years later he
became the VP, and Manager of the Commercial Real Estate
Department of First Interstate Bank in Boise.
During the next five years Dan would see $131 million in
financing completed. This was during the Savings &
Loan debacle, but all of Dan’s loans were found to be
acceptable to federal auditors, “with complimentary
comments”, added to their reviews. Most recently,
Dan finished eight years with Zions Bank as the VP of
Corporate Sales for the Western Idaho Region.
Mr. Bradshaw is familiar with
special project financing on everything from
mini-storage warehouses and motels, to neighborhood
strip centers and class A office buildings. Idaho
Mutual Trust is looking forward to using this experience to provide
lending services in this most difficult environment on
behalf of Idaho Mutual Trust.
